Annual Operating Budget

RCHCA’s annual Budget is adopted by its Board of Directors.  The RCHCA focus is on land management of Stephens’ Kangaroo Rat (SKR) Reserves.  The annual Budget is designed to support Agency goals and objectives with available resources and to be transparent so that the financial activities of the Agency are clear and easily tracked.  The RCHCA operates on a fiscal year calendar; July 1st through June 30th.

Financial Statements

The RCHCA requires that an independent certified public accountant or firm perform an annual audit of the accounts and records. A complete written report of such Basic Financial Statements is filed with the Riverside County Auditor Controller’s Office annually.
